What are stock home plans?
Stock plans are pre-designed architectural layouts you can buy outright. They’re ready-made designs that can be used immediately for your build or customized. Using stock plans saves significant time and money compared to hiring an architect for a fully custom design.
Are Dwelcore plans code-compliant?
Yes. All Dwelcore home plans are drawn to IRC standards. This means they meet national building code guidelines. However, you may still need to have local engineering or energy credits done based on your jurisdiction.
Can I modify a plan I purchased?
What do I get when I buy a plan?
You receive a complete plan package (PDF or CAD). This includes floor plans, foundation plans, all elevations, roof plan, structural sections, and building notes. PDFs are ideal for permits and builders; CAD files allow easy editing by designers.
How do I order and receive plans?
Add your chosen plan to the cart and check out. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll get an email with download links. You can also log in to your account anytime to retrieve files.
Is shipping available?
We primarily provide digital downloads. If you need printed sets, contact us for a quote.
